Joint Analysis of Contemporary Narratives and Dominant Discourses on the Armenian-Azerbaijani Conflict
On 26-27 January 2023, Peace Dialogue NGO held a meeting entitled Joint Analysis of Contemporary Narratives and Dominant Discourses on the Armenian-Azerbaijani Conflict. The event took place in Tbilisi, Georgia and brought together representatives of Armenian and Azerbaijani civil society organisations, expert communities, and peace practitioners.
Brainstorming Theatre
Peace Dialogue NGO invites young people from Lori region to participate in its new initiative Brainstorming Theatre. It is planned to hold 10-12 meetings, each lasting 2-3 hours (including a coffee break), in Vanadzor (Lori region) during the months of July-August 2023. The initiative will consist of interactive games, theater exercises, and improvisations that will promote group work efficiency and creativity.

Fostering Critical Conversation on Social and Political Impacts of the Nagorno-Karabakh Conflict
Peace Dialogue NGO invites educators, NGO representatives, journalists, researchers and students to participate in a three-day course Open Narratives: Fostering Critical Conversation on Social and Political Impacts of the Nagorno-Karabakh Conflict. The course will be aimed at developing and promoting a dialogue-based methodology seeking to instigate critical and self-critical reflection on the past, present and the possible future impacts of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict on social and political constructs in societies involved in the conflict.
The event will be held in Yerevan on 3-5 of September, 2021.
Journalism without borders 2021
The aim of the project is to discuss with young people how they find their way in today’s media landscape and what opportunities they have to participate in public discourse. This will contribute to reshape communication between future generations and strengthen and develop democratic instruments in order to give young people the opportunity to participate in political and social decision-making.
Working with Children with Anxiety, Fears and Phobias After the 44-Day War: Professional Training
Peace Dialogue NGO invites practical psychologists and social workers working with children affected by the 44-day war to participate in a professional training on Working with children with anxiety, fears and phobias. The training is aimed at developing and improving specialists’ theoretical and practical knowledge, and presenting effective methods and methodologies which they can apply for identification of the problems of children with high anxiety, fears and phobias, as well as for provision of psychological support.
Peace Dialogue NGOs suggestions on the draft action plan of the RA Ministry of Defense for the Human Rights protection for the period 2017-2019
In response to the announcement posted on the RA Ministry of Defense website inviting non-governmental organizations to send proposals for designing a draft action plan for the period of 2017-2019 stemming from the provisions of the strategy for the protection of Human Rights, Peace Dialogue NGO sent the following suggestions to the RA Ministry of Defense.
Exchange Projects Between the Participants of the ARENA Summer School.
The participants of the ARENA Summer School for Peace and Art will get an opportunity to receive small grants for the implementation of exchange projects. The most promising two will be funded based on quality and relevance to the ARENA project’s goals.
