Promotion of Human Rights Mechanisms among the Future Conscripts in the Armenian Military Forces
The project is called “Promotion of Human Rights Mechanisms among the Future Conscripts in the Armenian Military Forces” and is aimed at raising awareness of the future conscripts about the mechanisms of the human rights protection in the Military Forces and at equipping them with practical skills and instruments that will help them to stand for their rights during the military service.
What is ARENA project? 2015-2018 (Updated)
The three-year project “ARENA: Community Theatre and Public Art” was launched in 2015 by Armenian NGO Peace Dialogue and its German partner OWEN e.V. The project is aimed at improving the impact of peace building on community and regional levels through developing relevant pro-active strategies for community based peace building and creating a safe and supportive network for civil society groups from South Caucasus, Russian Federation and Ukraine.
A Place for Peace and Ideas for Young Armenians
This project will provide young people with a safe welcoming place to explore, discuss and discover the language, art and actions that make for a vibrant, diverse and democratic society.

More than 160 young people, representing many parts of the societies involved in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict took part in the regional project workshops.
Women’s Agency of Peacemaking
The project will draw on CMI’s extensive experience in designing and implementing multi-stakeholder dialogue processes in conflict prevention and post-violence situations.
Berghof Foundation’s Peace Counts Workshop Program
The training program provided information and resources to people who are engaged in working in the educational, media or peacebuilding sectors. It aims at strengthening their identity as peacebuilders and encourages them to work towards peaceful solutions for violent conflicts. During the workshops, participants were introduced to a variety of methods for peace education in the hope that many of them will integrate these approaches into their own working environment.
Human Rights in the Armenian Armed Forces
In the framework of the project, Peace Dialogue will present and promote the website www.safesoldiers.am to citizens living in different regions of Armenia (Lori, Tavush, Vayots Dzor, Ararat, and Syunik regions) in order to raise public awareness of problems in the military.
