“Our platform” workshops on leadership
Peace dialogue is happy to invite interested young people to be part of “Our platform’’. “Our platform” is a space for young people aged 18-25 who are interested in taking an initiative, who are creative and enthusiastic, who likes to work in a team and turn ideas into actions.
The Administrative Court refused Peace Dialogue NGO’s appeal to oblige the Ministry of Defense to provide information.
The RA Administrative Court, presided over by judge Karen Zarikyan, during the court hearing on April 18, 2017 refused Peace Dialogue NGO’s appeal against the RA MoD which would require the Ministry of Defense to provide official information regarding the fatalities in the RA Armed Forces from 1994-2014 including the full names of the deceased soldiers, the location of the incident, the date, unit number, unit commander’s full name and title, the cause of death and all other unrestricted information.
On the Possible Closure of the OSCE Office in Yerevan
The OSCE Office in Yerevan (hereafter also referred to as the Office) has been established based on the July 22, 1999 decision of the OSCE Permanent Council and started its operation on February 16, 2000 after the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia ratified the memorandum of understanding signed between OSCE and the Armenian Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The Office is one of the key European institutions in the country.
Prominent Human Rights Defender Michael Danielyan Passed Away.
Today, on August 24, 2016 prominent Armenian human rights defender Michael (Mika) Danielyan passed away.
